In Deluxe, Vaccum Casting is a commonly used rapid prototyping method for rapid prototype plastic molding. The degassing, stirring, preheating, and injection molding of the castable are performed under vacuum conditions, and a secondary curing process of 2-3 hours is performed in a thermostatic chamber at 60°C to 80°C. Suitable for low volume rapid prototype plastic molding parts in the product development process, sample structure with complex structure, uniform wall thickness, and meeting certain functional requirements.

Applicable rapid prototype plastic molding: silicone mold (life span 10-20).

Pouring material for rapid prototype plastic molding: two-component polyurethane PU. Currently used materials: AXSON polyurethane resin, Hei-cast polyurethane resin.

Physical properties: ABS, PP, Nylon, PMMA/PC transparent parts, soft rubber parts (40-90shord D), high temperature parts (150°C), fireproof materials, etc.

General working hours: 1-4 hours/piece.

Standard copying accuracy for rapid prototype plastic molding: ±0.20mm/100mm.

Pouring sample thickness: minimum 0.5mm, optimally 1.5 mm-5 mm.

The maximum rapid prototype plastic molding parts: 2000mmX1200mmX1000mm.
